Do not make fun of EC

The anxiety of the leaders can be understood as the fourth phase of the UP Assembly election has ended.The cases of breaking the rules of poll panel has come in light reveals that the political parties don't care about election commission,but as Congress has been trying to diminish the power of election commission is really a reason of concern.

This is true that the issues of two senior ministers Salman Khurshid and Beni Verma went down after being polite.But now Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi has also been trapped in the EC row.Kanpur district administration has to file an FIR to do the roadshow beyond the time duration and distance.

There is no dearth of doubt that,UP election is most important not only for Rahul Gandhi but for Congress also,because Rahul's future is related to the sequence of it.He is working his heart out in the state.This is very obvious being the star campaigner of the party,more and more voters want to see him in their constituency.

This is also possible that the case which has come in light may not directly linked with him.but if he pleads about the clean politics then this can be expected from his side that he should work under the boundary of election commission.The condition of Jayant choudhary is more worse who didn't hesitate even in taking money on the public stage.All these things reveal that even after the power of poll panel there are lots of loop hole in the system of election commission.

A political storm broke out over reports that the Centre is considering a proposal to give statutory status to the electoral model code of conduct and remove it from the purview of the Election Commission with the opposition accusing the government of trying to undermine the poll panel's authority.

If it happens so,this would not only be a major problem for the poll panel but the entire democracy.
