Two killed in celebratory firing

Muzaffarnagar:Two youths were killed during a celebratory firing in a marriage procession here, police said today.

The incident took place yesterday at Dudhli village when a Delhi Police constable, who participated in the procession, opened fire from his service pistol, killing Farooq and Shivam on the spot.

While the groom''s father was arrested, hunt is on to nab the absconding constable, police said.

Meanwhile in Kasimpur village, one person was shot dead and another seriously injured over a case of old enmity, police said.
