The rotation policy in the on-going Commonwealth Bank series in team India has become the reason of talk. Some of the cricket experts has criticized the decision also.

BCCI with the vision of forth-seeing is stitch to this rotational policy. There are some certain reasons behind this, first of all the next world cup is going to take place in Australia and Newzeland. They are in the complete mood to prepare the benchstrength. This is the real test of that strength. This is the high time when after playing a few matches they will certainly say good bye to International cricket, the question rises that who after them.

Seniors back rotation policy:

Among the senior players Former skipper Sourav Ganguly is the one who backed this much-debated rotation policy adopted by the India team in the ongoing tri-series in Australia, saying it would help the players to be 'mentally fresh' before the final stages of the tournament.

"It's a good thing and should happen. It has been a long tour and India lost four consecutive Test matches, which can be mentally very draining. This can be stated that this rotation policy is certailny going to boost the benchstrength and more players are getting the chance to twist their arm on the field to prepare themselves for the upcoming world cup matches. The reasons for the debate is very obvious. It is essential for the long term cricket that the team management is focussing on the long term process for the sake of Indian cricket.

Reasons for the debate:

If the players like Gautam Gambhir who scored consecutive 90s in the on going series may have to sit out in the next match, this would be the testing time for the players who is going to replace Gauty.Sehwag is looking out of form,Sachin in the mystery of 100th ton and the pressure on Rohit Sharma and Suresh Raina to remain their place in the squad are some of the obvious reasons that have pointed out that how they are going to utilize their chances.

There is no dearth of doubt that this rotational policy got the flame of talk amongst Indian cricket fraternity but as BCCI is planning this would work as the "boost" for the players. They are not going to fancy their chances on the foreign soil.Hope for the best is the ultimate solution for team India. As an spectator now this is your call that how you take this rotation policy as the matter of debate or for the sake of betterment of the Indian cricket team.
