BJP to felicitate Kailash Joshi

Bhopal:The ruling BJP in Madhya Pradesh will felicitate MP and former State Chief Minister, Kailash Joshi at a function here on Wednesday.

Joshi who currently represents the Bhopal constituency in Lok Sabha was born in 1929 and he was first elected to the Madhya Pradesh assembly in 1960.

During his political career lasting more than 50 years, he has lost only one election and won a number of elections from the Bagli assembly constituency in the Dewas district.

BJP leaders who would attend the felicitation function will be led by party President, Nitin Gadkari and include State Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and the party''s state President, Prabhat Jha.
